Healthcare expertise bolstered with new appointment - Deborah McInerney joins the team
Archus is pleased to share that Deborah McInerney has joined the team; leading ICS development and transformation.
Deborah’s experience in delivering projects and transforming processes means she is perfectly placed to ensure that our healthcare projects deliver accessible and equitable outcomes for the whole population. This will also help our clients to reduce waste and minimise risk, whilst freeing up specialist resources to direct their skills to where they are the most effective.
Deborah’s work building ever stronger Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) will deliver new partnerships between organisations to meet health and care needs across an area. Coordinating services to provide a consistent, end-to-end experience will be key, as well as planning ways to improve population health and reducing inequalities between different groups.
Deborah brings first-hand experience of director-level programme and project management, notably acting as Clinical Programme Manager for the Nightingale Hospital Exeter and Programme Director for Devolution of Specialised Services across an ICS. In this role she developed a blueprint for devolution and translated new national policy into a regional strategy and developed aligned implementation plans, working across the system involving NHS, NHSE and VCSE sectors. Deborah also led the assurance and governance streams for a CQC ‘Well Led’ Service Review across three London Trusts. Her stewardship enhanced business performance, reduced risk, ensured continuity, and protected organisational reputation.
We are delighted to welcome Deborah to the team and excited to enhance our offering across integrated care system development. Her project experience, clinical background and programme management and transformation skills will deliver tangible differences to our clients and help improve population health outcomes in our communities.
