Memorable career moment?
Being part of the team that built the Nightingale Hospital Exeter. It was challenging and exhilarating throughout but we delivered something amazing in a very short timeframe that has been used as intended during the Covid pandemic.

Most significant trend for healthcare in the future?
One of the biggest and most exciting challenges in the near future will be the development of the newly forming Integrated Care Systems; now with legislation to enable them to deliver real change, through partner collaboration and better stratification of need and associated delivery.
