Alongside a masters degree in real estate, he has experience in development consultancy and land agency, producing valuations and planning appraisals, as well as working on land disposals for residential developments.

I wanted to work in a sector where there was with real diversity in purpose and needs. Healthcare infrastructure requires an individualised approach, and that variety, matched with the understanding that what we do makes a real positive difference to people’s lives is hugely exciting and rewarding.
Memorable career moment?
Starting my APC training to become a fully qualified chartered surveyor is probably my most memorable moment so far. The support provided by Archus even from the earliest stages has given me confidence to go forward and take advantage of the opportunity, both to progress my career but also to help me better serve our clients and ultimately our communities.

Most significant trend for healthcare in the future?
The most significant trend I see is the adaption of our vast and varied healthcare infrastructure digitally. The challenge is managing that transition within the context of the current constraints imposed on the sector.
