I have worked in a healthcare consultancy since the age of 17. Starting in the NHS and moving with the same business into the private sector until we established Archus in 2017.
Memorable career moment?
There have been many highs (and lows!) I’ve been involved in some very large contracts, but the establishment and subsequent growth of Archus has to be the most memorable.

As a management team we have drawn on previous experiences to develop a business that has an ethos focused on our people and clients.
Most significant trend for healthcare in the future?
Investment. It’s important that healthcare continues to evolve with the times to ensure that the end goal of the patient experience is the best it can be.
