A chartered surveyor, Stuart has acquired a breadth of knowledge across the healthcare property sector throughout his time at Archus. He currently manages multiple NHS Trust lease portfolios, managing lease renewals and breaks and has worked on numerous option appraisals to advise clients on their strategic estate management.
Stuart also specialises in development appraisal work, achieving best-value land uses during surplus land disposal work for multiple NHS Trusts across England.
