Healthcare has always been more than a job for me. with roles in NHS Management, consulting, project management and operational delivery. I feel that in some small way I’m making a positive impact on people’s health.

Most significant trend for healthcare in the future?

One of the most important trends shaping the future of healthcare is the shift towards community-based care. We're moving away from a system that revolves around hospitals and acute settings, and instead focusing on bringing health back into the heart of communities. This means designing services that are proactive, preventative, and person-centred—delivered closer to where people live, work, and connect. It’s about empowering individuals and local networks to take ownership of health and wellbeing, supported by integrated teams and digital tools.
