Roisin Evans
Marketing Manager
I hold a BA in Business Management and Marketing, along with a Level 5 IDM Certificate in Digital Marketing Strategy. With over five years of experience working within healthcare, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the sector and a deep appreciation for its impact. My background spans both the charity and consultancy sides of healthcare, giving me a unique perspective on how strategic communication can support better outcomes.
At Archus my role involves...
As Marketing Manager, I lead the development of communications that showcase the value Archus brings to healthcare systems across the UK, Ireland, Canada, and emerging markets. My role is all about telling the story of how Archus is helping to shape better healthcare environments and outcomes, and making sure that story resonates with the people and organisations we support.
I was drawn to healthcare by...
Before joining Archus, I worked in the charity sector where we supported doctors, nurses, and scientists throughout their careers. That experience gave me a real appreciation for the dedication and impact of people working in healthcare, and the collaborative effort it takes to improve health outcomes. I saw firsthand how every role, whether clinical, scientific, or strategic, contributes to making a difference in people’s lives. Joining Archus felt like a natural next step, allowing me to continue supporting healthcare in a way that’s both strategic and meaningful.
Memorable career moment?
One of the standout moments in my career was launching a new clinical resource hub designed to support the endocrine community. The aim was to create a space where healthcare professionals could share best practice, access trusted resources, and ultimately improve patient outcomes. It was a collaborative effort that brought together clinicians, nurses, and digital teams. Seeing it come to life, knowing it would make a real difference to the community, was incredibly rewarding.
Why Archus?
What drew me to Archus was the chance to contribute to society in a new way. Second to that, I could tell the culture at Archus was unmatched. It’s inspiring to work alongside others who are not only experts in what they do, but share the same passion and commitment to better health outcomes.
Most significant trend for healthcare in the future?
One of the most exciting and important shifts is moving care into communities, something Archus is leading the way on. By designing and enabling spaces that support care closer to home, we’re helping to build healthier, more resilient communities and reduce pressure on hospitals.
