At Archus my role involves...
Strategy development, project design, and stakeholder engagement, helping clients create patient‑centred, high‑quality and accessible healthcare environments.
I was drawn to healthcare by...
Working in healthcare give me a position to challenge systemic inequalities and help design services that are more accessible and person‑centred.
Memorable career moment?
Receiving the Inclusivity Award at Archus. It was meaningful as it recognised the culture I work hard to create — one where people feel valued, supported, and able to contribute authentically.
Why Archus?
The organisation is full of people who are proud to contribute to healthcare, and who create a supportive environment where knowledge‑sharing and open dialogue with leaders is part of everyday work.
Most significant trend for healthcare in the future?
Achieving a genuine cultural shift toward delivering more care in the community. The strategy is there, but the real work lies in changing behaviours and pathways so that preventative, community‑based care becomes the default. Working in healthcare infrastructure puts me at the centre of this shift, shaping estates and digital systems that make community care not just possible, but practical and sustainable.
