My sister is a nurse, so I really understand some of the problems within the healthcare industry. Being able to put my own skills forward and support in building the solution is extremely rewarding.
Memorable career moment?
Joining Archus and working within an industry that has a huge impact on all of our lives, every day. That and becoming a Mental Health First Aider.

Most significant trend for healthcare in the future?
Firstly, the recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic, quickly followed by the digitalisation of the sector and ensuring staff have the right skills to use current and future technologies.
