I was drawn to Archus to help both patients and hospital staff through increasing facility efficiency and long-term sustainability. I am particularly interested in increasing Emergency Department’s efficiency.

I am just starting my Archus career and am looking forward to creating many memorable career moments with Archus, in the delivery of vital changes to healthcare.

Archus has a desire to put patient and staff experience first and this is clear from the number of clinical backgrounds amongst the team. I feel this is a huge strength in terms of being able to support the delivery of healthcare innovation.

Most significant trend for healthcare in the future?

One of the biggest challenges facing healthcare is the growing aging demographic in the UK, continually increasing demand and placing strain on the capacity of current healthcare facilities.
