Memorable career moment?
Delivering a review of the Accessible Information Standard. Working with a plethora of individuals with lived experience and understanding their experience of healthcare was incredibly humbling, and great reminder as to why I choose to work in the healthcare sector.
Why Archus?
I wanted to continue to deliver meaningful work across the health sector. As an organisation, Archus is incredibly people-centred, and staff wellbeing and development is paramount.
Most significant trend for healthcare in the future?
Ensuring providers are digitally mature enough to meet the ambitions of the system at present. With the digital estate deficit being highlighted in the Darzi report, providers will need sufficient capital investment and technical support to close the gap.
