I began my accounting career within the healthcare sector, having the opportunity to support many positive changes within the NHS. My work has enabled me to build great insight into the “behind the scenes” processes that you don’t typically see - and to make a difference to them.
Memorable career moment?
So far, it would have to be my involvement on an NHS Trust contract in my previous role; transforming their core functions and implementing up-to-date IT systems & hardware.

Having previously worked with Stuart Randall (the Executive Director of Finance), I know how passionate and hard-working he is; which is reflected across Archus - and I am very excited to contribute to the growing company!
Most significant trend for healthcare in the future?
Having to keep up to date with the ever-changing/growing IT technology to improve how the public interacts with the NHS is a continuing development. Since the Covid-19 outbreak, it seems that technology is growing ever more important for accommodating a successful business.
