As a trained Doctor, Hajer combines her clinical knowledge and experience in working within the NHS with a wide range of data science skills to create changes that improve patient outcomes on a large scale.
Following her time in clinical practice, she has gone on to complete a Master's degree in Health Data Science and worked on behalf of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Office of National Statistics (ONS), providing data in support of national health strategy.

There is an ever-increasing burden on healthcare with the ageing population, which is exacerbated by health inequalities. Healthcare providers will need to adapt to combat these rising and challenging demands.
