At Archus my role involves...

Working within the Programme and Project Management team to support the delivery of complex transformation programmes across the health sector. My work focuses on bringing structure, governance and momentum to programmes, ensuring our clients have the clarity, tools and confidence they need to deliver meaningful and lasting change.

I was drawn to healthcare by...

I’ve always been motivated by roles where the impact on people is real and immediate. Working in healthcare consultancy allows me to combine structured programme delivery with work that directly improves outcomes for patients, clinicians and communities. Knowing that strong programme management can remove barriers, improve experiences and enable better care is what continues to drive me.

Memorable career moment?

Supporting a GP who was struggling emotionally during a challenging period in their practice. Months later, they approached me at an event to personally thank me for stepping in at the time they needed it most. It was an important reminder that the work we do affects individuals as much as systems.

Why Archus?

I wanted to stay within healthcare consultancy while joining an organisation whose values matched my own. The feedback I’d heard from former colleagues about Archus’ culture, integrity and approach really resonated with me. It felt like the right environment to continue developing my skills while contributing to a team that genuinely cares about clients, impact and each other.

Most significant trend for healthcare in the future?

The rapid evolution of AI and data-driven innovation, and the need to integrate these advances safely, ethically and confidently into care pathways. Opportunities such as smart hospitals, AI‑supported clinical decision making and joined-up data across organisations will only be realised if systems can build trust, strengthen data sharing, and embed new technologies into everyday practice. As care shifts further into the community, these capabilities will be fundamental to delivering seamless, sustainable and personalised care.
