At Archus my role involves...

Supporting a range of projects through FF&E coordination, bid coordination, and general project management support.

I was drawn to healthcare by...

I didn’t originally set out to work in healthcare and found my way into the field somewhat unexpectedly. As my career evolved, I grew to appreciate how rewarding it is to see projects come together and to know that the work makes a meaningful, positive impact on patients and the surrounding community. I was especially drawn to the professional side of healthcare because I’ve always had a strong interest in project management and enjoy being part of work that turns ideas into real outcomes.

Memorable career moment?

Seeing projects through to the finish and getting to see the real impact they have.

Why Archus?

It felt like a natural next step that brought together my experience working within hospitals and at design consulting firms. Archus’ focus on healthcare strategy, infrastructure, and end‑to‑end advisory stood out to me. I was also drawn to Archus’ collaborative, people focused culture. It felt like the right place to use my skills, build on my healthcare experience, and keep learning more about strategic advisory while contributing to work that has a real impact on communities.

Most significant trend for healthcare in the future?

I believe one of the most significant trends in healthcare is the integration of AI. Used effectively, AI has the potential to takeon more administrative and routine tasks, allowing nurses and doctors to spend more time focused on patient care andclinical interaction.
