I enjoy the motivation and sense of accomplishment at a completed project, and the chance to make a difference to a patient’s experience. The healthcare/construction industry is constantly evolving with new technology and methodology to complete projects safer, more efficiently and greener, meaning no project is ever the same.
Memorable career moment?
Having worked for the Estates department with an aging, geographically separated estate, to then be part of the team who delivered the New Southmead PFI Hospital with co-located state-of-the-art facilities.
