I have a real passion for healthcare and have extensive experience of working with public and private sector healthcare groups in Ireland. My experience includes a myriad of projects which have improved patient experiences and optimised operational effectiveness for clients.
Memorable career moment?
Leading a project team responsible for supporting the HSE during the 2021 cyber-attack. I also provided extensive support to the HSE during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic in Ireland.

Most significant trend for healthcare in the future?
In Ireland there will be a keen focus on addressing on-going issues such as the deficit in infrastructure, recruitment and retention, large waiting lists and technology shortcomings. Healthcare in Ireland will also transition to a Value Based Healthcare approach, which will facilitate improved patient care and health outcomes and allow for more efficient use of resources.
