At Archus my role involves...
Supporting healthcare organisations to improve how services are designed and delivered. Drawing on my frontline clinical experience, I contribute to projects focused on operational improvement, service transformation, and helping teams make practical, sustainable changes that improve outcomes for patients and staff.
I was drawn to healthcare by...
I've always been drawn to work that has a meaningful impact on people's lives. Healthcare offers the opportunity to combine problem-solving, teamwork and technical expertise in a way that directly improves patient care. Starting my career in radiography allowed me to be part of that impact on the frontline.
Memorable career moment?
Working within complex neuro-interventional radiology procedures, where multidisciplinary teamwork and precision are critical. Being part of a team that has delivered life-saving treatment in real time is incredibly rewarding and reinforces the importance of well-designed systems and services in supporting high-quality care.
Why Archus?
Archus has a strong reputation for working collaboratively with healthcare organisations to deliver meaningful, practical change. I was particularly drawn to the end-to-end approach, which allows teams to see projects through from strategy to implementation. Joining a small, friendly and collaborative team also makes it a great environment for my development as I transition into consulting.
Most significant trend for healthcare in the future?
Balancing rising demand with limited workforce resources. Healthcare systems will increasingly need to redesign services, embrace innovation and focus on efficiency while still maintaining high-quality, patient-centred care.
