Victoria Head Appointed as New CEO for Archus
Archus, the leading global healthcare consultancy, announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has appointed Victoria Head as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1st November 2024.
Most recently Victoria was Commercial and Performance Director of Archus and will succeed Richard Darch, who is stepping into a new role after founding the business 7.5 years ago.
Victoria has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare, consultancy, and construction industries. She began her career in the NHS, quickly moving into consultancy where she managed capital projects and programmes and was sought out by clients for her exceptional project management and leadership skills. Before joining Archus, Victoria led the award-winning Grange University Hospital, which successfully opened early during the COVID-19 pandemic. She joined Archus in 2021.

Richard Darch has played a pivotal role in the company’s success and will remain with Archus in an advisory capacity to ensure a smooth transition. Under his leadership, Archus has achieved numerous milestones, including expanding internationally, becoming a B Corp organisation, and securing investment from BGF in 2023.
