UK roots, international impact - Archus expertise showcased on a global stage.
In our desire to bring people together to deliver positive change and transform the future of healthcare, there are no borders.
With an internationally renowned team of healthcare infrastructure experts, and a proven reputation, our unique blend of expertise and insight is becoming more recognised on a global stage. This growing international presence enables us to utilise our deep skillset to support healthcare infrastructure challenges around the world.
As a team of over 50 health planners, clinicians, project managers, strategic property advisors and technical specialists, we draw on proven health infrastructure experience and knowledge of best practice principles to deliver positive change in healthcare infrastructure. Applying lessons and understanding from previous projects, we’re proud to deliver clear thinking, new strategy and exceptional outcomes to meet healthcare needs and challenges across the globe.
It’s an exciting time for Archus, as we spread our healthcare infrastructure impact more widely. We’ve recently announced news of our work with University Hospital Waterford in South East Ireland, where our Health Planning team is supporting the clinical strategy for the main hospital and its acute adult mental health facilities.
Further international impact comes from our work at Lin Wenjing Memorial Hospital in Fujian, China; where we have helped to support thinking and develop capital costings for the new build hospital.
Closer to home in Jersey, we've brought Archus thinking to the Our Hospital Project – a future world-class, fully integrated, 21st-century health care facility. With a significant track record for supporting similar projects, Archus was asked to review and contribute to key, early stage materials which make the case for this emerging facility. Our team conducted a review of the defined clinical model and benefits, and advised on areas such as the process for site selection, project management and cost planning; as well as consultation and engagement.
And last year, our health planning expertise helped to align research and clinical objectives at St Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver, Canada; supporting the full design development process and ensuring economic and functional feasibility for the scheme to progress.
Our commitment to best practice healthcare infrastructure on a global scale is also demonstrated by our sponsorship of the 7th European Healthcare Design 2021 Congress & Exhibition, taking place virtually from 14-17 June 2021.
End-to-end, ‘from strategy to site’ Archus advice brings clarity to any healthcare project - and we’ll be sharing news of additional international projects as the year progresses.
Proud to offer strategic advisory, strategic property consultancy, technical advisory and programme and project management services across the healthcare sector.
