Driving excellence in healthcare and better health outcomes
- Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (£814 million capital investment) - Archus provided Programme Management Office (PMO) leadership for the flagship and state-of-the-art of hospital, ensuring a seamless transition of healthcare services, optimised patient care pathways, and the advancement of community-based care. Since the hospital’s opening, the clinical impact has been significant, with an average reduction of 30 admissions per day and a 4% improvement in Emergency Department (ED) performance. This project has also delivered meaningful social value, with 79% of the Trust’s workforce now recruited from local communities. Additionally, more than 1,000 individuals have benefited from learning events, with plans in place to create over 1,280 learning opportunities within the hospital’s net-zero building.
- Solihull Elective Theatres – Managing the £35m development of six specialist elective theatres, designed to reduce waiting times and vastly improve the volume of surgeries undertaken each day. This project ensures patients in the region have access to care when they need it.
- Dorothy Pattison Hospital – Leading the business case and project management for a new £24m older adult mental health unit as part of the national dorm eradication programme. The new unit provides a therapeutic environment that supports recovery, dignity, and local healthcare needs and responds to the growing need for mental health services.
