Archus re-awarded IIP Silver Accreditation for investing in our people
Our people are our most valuable asset and are central to our success, so we are honoured to be re-awarded the IIP Silver Accreditation for “We invest in people” from the highly esteemed Investors in People initiative.
This three year award, newly granted in November 2021, demonstrates our continued focus on all employees: ensuring that they have the right resources, the best working environment, and bespoke opportunities for training and development.
Investors in People (IIP) has developed and refined the accreditation process for almost three decades to help leaders, employees, and companies work together to create an effective environment. “Silver is a fantastic achievement and something only 15% of the organisations we assess achieve” states the accreditation body. “It means that the right principles are in place but more than that, it means people and leaders are making active efforts to make sure that there’s real consistency and everyone in the organisation feels the effects.”
Archus was originally awarded the IIP standard status in 2018 with one of the highest staff survey ratings ever seen. This was back when we only had 17 people working for us. Three years later, and with over 70 people now in the team, we are delighted that our passion for being an exceptional employer has been recognised once again, with an approach appreciated by our people. Archus is ranked 3rd out of 22 organisations in its sector for its IIP standards which is a fantastic achievement.
Commenting on the 2021-24 award, Jessica Randall, Head of People:
The Archus team is passionate about improving healthcare and about being a responsible business that puts people at the heart of our work. We are proud to have built a productive yet supportive work environment where our people know and have tangible proof that they are appreciated. The IIP silver award validates our hard work so far and we pledge to build on this as we head into the future.
