Archus welcomes Katie Wood as new Head of Programme & Project Management

As a seasoned technical advisor, programme manager and project director, Katie’s role will focus on supporting a broad range of clients in the delivery of both healthcare infrastructure and strategic initiatives from inception to completion, along with the ongoing development and expansion of programme and project management services at Archus.

Joining from Arup, Katie’s impressive track record includes leadership of business cases, strategies and major capital investments across a diverse range of healthcare programmes and projects in the UK and globally, including Australia, Canada, Peru, Ireland, and Singapore. Alongside technical expertise, Katie is a passionate advocate for how the built environment can positively impact health and well-being.
