At Archus my role involves...
Developing strategies to deliver the mission for the UK and Ireland and managing the performance of the UK and Ireland businesses.
I was drawn to healthcare by...
I’ve worked in NHS-based project management since leaving university and have never looked back. Every project is different and results in wholly meaningful and positive outcomes. Supporting the core clinical function of the NHS by delivering the environment they need to function is at the core of what we do, and love doing. In doing so we also work with some of the most experienced and talented public and private sector-based professionals, and work together to realise change for the better.
Memorable career moment?
I have numerous memorable moments so it’s difficult to single out one, but establishing the Archus office in Birmingham and seeing the team grow and flourish with such dedication to their work is up there with the best.
Why Archus?
It was an obvious choice to form Archus, as we were clear in our mandate to do so; to provide the best possible outcomes for our clients by demonstrating honesty and integrity in everything we do.
Most significant trend for healthcare in the future?
Undoubtedly the proposed spend in infrastructure across the acute estate will form a huge challenge to all involved, from clinical services and project teams, and we look forward to supporting the NHS in this time.
