As Commercial and Performance Director, I am responsible for the financial performance of the business and leading the ongoing improvement and integration of Archus services to ensure consistency, innovation, sustainability and quality across our growing number of UK, Irish and International offices. I also lead our Programme and Project Management service which includes managing a team of programme and project managers who are working at all stages of the project lifecycle, winning new work and advising clients on how projects should progress to deliver successful outcomes. All whilst keeping the environment fun and interactive so that everyone has a chance to have their voice heard.
I was drawn to healthcare by...
I was drawn to my profession because of the legacy the built environment leaves on our society. It's thrilling to share and reminisce that ‘I worked on that project’ as you pass by or visit an old project.
Memorable career moment?
Responding to Covid-19 by accelerating the construction of a hospital to provide 450 inpatient beds one year ahead schedule. It was both scary and rewarding at the same time!
